Any amendment to these Terms and Conditions will be immediately effective upon posting on the Site and your continued use of the Site following any such change will constitute your acceptance of such amendment. 4.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable that shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
4.5 These Terms and Conditions are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
